Next Step Executes Strategic Billion-SEK Transaction – Accelerating Existing and New Urban Development Projects
Efter flera år av aktiv utveckling och hög expansionstakt genomför Next Step Group en avyttring av sitt ägande i GoCo Health Innovation City i Mölndal. Vectura, som redan äger 50% av fastigheterna, förvärvar resterande del genom denna transaktion av Next Step. Det sammanlagda fastighetsvärdet uppgår till cirka 3 miljarder kronor. Affären stärker Next Steps finansiella handlingsutrymme och skapar förutsättningar för att accelerera övriga stadsutvecklingsprojekt.
Balder, Next Step Group and Bockasjö Form Joint Venture
Next Step Group, Fastighets AB Balder and Bockasjö Fastigheter have joined forces to develop Link40, one of Western Sweden’s largest logistics areas. The project comprises approximately 250,000 sqm of logistics space along National Road 40 outside Gothenburg.
